We had air conditioning installed and electrical work performed in our strata unit, which resulted in significant drywall damage being done to the walls and ceilings. After we contacted Ocean Drywall, Shawn quickly attended at our strata unit, performed a comprehensive review of the work required, and then provided a detailed estimate which included the drywall repairs and painting of the affected areas. The drywall repairs included building two steel-framed bulkheads to enclose air conditioning lines. Shawn then worked with us to schedule the work to be completed promptly at our convenience. We were extremely pleased with Ocean Drywalls customer service and the results of the work. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and were very considerate of us and our pet dog. They cleaned up as they worked and left no mess whatsoever. The bulkheads, the drywall repairs, and the painting all look great! We would use Ocean Drywall again without hesitation, and we would highly recommend their services to others, and already have.

We were in the middle of a total condo reno which included new electrical, plumbing, and new walls, kitchen, baths, everything. Shawn from Ocean Drywall came in & did a great job! Particularly when he had to blend old & new drywall. He took our textured ceiling & made a beautiful flat ceiling. Every time we had a site visit, we were astonished at how tidy the place was. For the final sanding, Shawn used a sander connected to a vacuum and we couldn’t believe how little dust was left in our condo when he was finished! There was no garbage left either. He was so clean & tidy that our building manager saw the results and was so impressed that he hired Ocean Drywall to do work for our building as well!

WOW these guys are great! We had Shawn and his partner strip the old stucco from our ceiling and paint our basement. They use a sander with vacuum attachment for stucco removal so really keeps the dust contained, which was originally a concern we had (no need to worry as they are very good at dust containment). They work hard and do very nice work! We had a few cover plates on our walls and ceiling in the basement that I forgot to mention during our original quote and Shawn just said “no worries” and they filled these in for us as well. I would highly recommend Shawn for any drywall, stucco removal or painting that you have!
